We have developed a new drill template, but our instructional videos have not yet been updated.

Below, you will find a description of how to use the drill template.

Instructions for Drill Template and Hole Patterns 1

Hole Pattern 1 – Used for hinge plate without frame.

Place the drill template against the cabinet top rail and mark the drilling points with a pencil, or drill directly through the template using a 2 mm drill bit.

Repeat the same procedure by placing the template against the bottom panel.

Hole Pattern 2 – Used for drawer front for a 200 mm drawer.

Note that the angle of the drill template must not be oriented toward the corner of the drawer.

Mark the drilling point with a pencil and then drill using a 4 mm drill bit.

Hole Pattern 3 – Used for drawer front for a 100 mm drawer.

Note that the angle of the drill template must not be oriented toward the corner of the drawer.

Mark the drilling point with a pencil and then drill using a 4 mm drill bit.

Hole Pattern 4 – Used for frame clips.

Mark the drilling point with a pencil or drill directly through the template using a 2 mm drill bit.

Note: Hold the drill template on the wide side, not on the angled corner of the template.

Hole Pattern 5 – Used for decorative hinges.

Mark the drilling point at the desired height with a pencil or drill directly through the template using a 2mm drill bit.

To position the drawer front at the correct height on the drawer, use the angled corner of the drill template as a reference.
