The cabinet for the butcher’s block and work table is assembled according to the same principle as “CABINETS”.
• Assemble the side panels to the bottom panel using 4 wood screws, 4.0 × 35 mm.
• Attach two (or four, if space allows) plinth legs using 4.0 × 40 mm wood screws.
Note: Avoid screwing near the routed recess.
For inset plinths with a lip, the plinth legs must be positioned 90 mm from the front edge (measured without the front attached).
• Install the back panel, ensuring that it is pressed fully down into the groove in the bottom panel.
• For cabinets with a butcher’s block: slide the shelf into the pre-routed groove in the cabinet. Secure the shelf from the outside of the cabinet using 4.0 × 35 mm wood screws (4 screws per shelf). Slide the “loose” bottom panel into the pre-routed grooves above the bottom panel.
• Install the top rails at the back and front edges. Use 4.0 × 35 mm wood screws (4 screws per rail).
• Fasten the frame clips using 3.5 × 15 mm pan head screws (1 screw per frame clip).
Note: New drill template – read “DRILL TEMPLATE” before installation.
• Install the wall rail onto the wall. Use wood screws of a suitable length depending on the wall material (screws not included).
• Attach the mounting rail to the back of the cabinet using 4.5 × 25 mm wood screws (2 pcs).
• Attach the front to the cabinet.
• Place the butcher’s block or work table into the cabinet.
