If the drawers extend a few millimeters from the frame check the metal pin in the drawer runner. It may not be locked into the fitting at the back of the drawer properly. To correct this, reach into the back and guide the metal pin into the recess to ensure it locks correctly. Additionally, verify that the plastic fittings at the back of the drawer are seated correctly and that the right and left fittings have not been accidentally switched.
