Wall cabinets are securely mounted using double mounting rails. The placement of the mounting rail depends on how far from the ceiling you want to install the wall cabinet. The distance between the top of the wall cabinet and the top edge of the upper rail is 110 mm. The lower rail should be mounted 190 mm below the upper rail, measured from the top edge of the upper rail to the top edge of the lower rail.

Use a level to check that the cabinets are straight both horizontally and vertically. Also, ensure that the angles between the cabinet frames and the wall are exactly 90 degrees. Adjust as needed to achieve a stable and accurate installation.

If you are using a wall cabinet as a range hood cabinet, it may sometimes be necessary to adjust the back panel of the cabinet based on the range hood you have chosen, or in some cases, to remove the back panel entirely.

  • Assemble the side panels to the top panel using 4 wood screws, 4.0 × 35 mm.
  • Slide in the back panel, ensuring that it is pressed fully upward into contact with the top panel.
  • Install the bottom panel, making sure the back panel fits into the groove in the bottom panel. Use 6 wood screws, 4.0 × 35 mm.
  • Install the shelves using 4.0 × 35 mm wood screws (4 screws per shelf). The shelves have a groove on the front edge. This does not apply to the shelves that have a frame mounted.
  • Fasten the frame clips using 3.5 × 15 mm pan head screws (1 screw per frame clip), spaced 200 mm apart. Use the supplied frame clip template to easily center the clips.
  • Install two mounting rails on the back of the cabinet using 4.5 × 25 mm wood screws (2–3 screws per rail, depending on the rail length).
  • Install two wall rails on the wall. Use wood screws of a suitable length depending on the wall material (screws not included).
  • IMPORTANT: When installing the rails on the wall, ensure they are secured into a structure capable of supporting the load. It is recommended to fasten them into the wall studs.
