Follow these steps to assemble and connect cabinets together:

  • Before assembly, thoroughly rub all sliding dovetail joints with candle wax to ensure smooth operation
  • Attach hinge plates with wood screws 3.5×17 (2 screws per hinge plate).
  • Secure drawer runners with system screws 6.3×11 mm (3 screws per runner). Refer to the “DRAWER RUNNERS” segment for detailed instructions before assembly.
  • Attach the side pieces to the bottom plate to form the cabinet structure.
  • Fasten the plinth legs, Use screws 4.0×40 mm to secure plinth legs (4 screws per plinth leg). Position plinth legs accordingly for external or internal plinths as specified (external: maximize stability; internal: 90 mm from front edge).
  • Fit the back piece, Ensure the back piece is inserted fully into the slot at the bottom of the cabinet for proper alignment and stability.
  • Install crossbars at the back and front edges using wood screws 4.0×35 mm (4 screws per crossbar). Note specific instructions for different cabinet types (tall, wall, or bench cabinets).
  • Secure framework-click, use screws 3.5×15 mm with lumpy heads to secure framework-clicks at 30 cm intervals. Utilize the provided framework-click template for accurate positioning. Notice! New drilling template, read “DRILL TEMPLATE” before assembly.
  • Mount the wall rail, use wood screws of suitable length depending on wall material to mount the wall rail securely (screws not included).
  • Install the mounting rail on the back of the cabinet using wood screws 4.5×25 mm (2-3 screws per rail depending on length).

Please note that the shelves have a groove in the front edge. This does not apply to the shelves that have a frame mounted.

Cabinets next to each other

Cabinets next to each other are connected with connection bolts. There are four pre-drilled holes inside of the cabinet. The holes are not fully drilled through, this needs to be done once the cabinets are standing next to each other.

  • Position the cabinets next to each other and stabilize with clamps.
  • Drill through the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet, the holes should algin (use 5mm drill).
  • Securely fasten cabinets together with 4 connection bolts.

Assembly of Sink Cabinet

The sink cabinet is assembled in the same way as the other cabinet frames.

  • The cut-out in the bottom panel should be positioned towards the back.
  • The cut-out in the back panel should face downward.

Sink cabinets with doors are supplied with a so-called rebated back panel.

  • The rebated back panel is mounted using four brackets (blind front holders).
  • Pre-drilled holes for the brackets are located in the cabinet sides.
  • For information on how to install the brackets, see the instructions “Installation of Blind Front”.
