Purchase and delivery terms

Minimum order value

Due to high setup costs, we do not accept orders under SEK 10,000 (including VAT and shipping), as all orders are made to order. However, it is possible to add items to an existing order.

Orders

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. Customer information must be accurate, and all required fields must be completed. Purchases must be made in your own name only. Snêk is not responsible for printing errors, information errors, or errors in the specifications of any of our products and services. Snêk cannot guarantee that the appearance and characteristics of a product match the images on the website, as the images are for illustrative purposes only.

Countertops

Det är kundens ansvar att inkomma med exakta mått på bänkskivor. Vid beställning av natursten kan den levererade bänkskivan skilja sig från exemplen som finns på hemsidan.

Vi tillämpar inte ROT vid montering av bänkskivor.

Shipping & delivery

Our delivery time for kitchens is normally around 8–10 working weeks, depending on whether the kitchen is to be painted and whether we are assembling the carcasses. The countdown starts from receipt of payment and after final approval with the customer. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays, vacation periods, and changes to the ordered items. From the end of November until year-end, delivery disruptions may occur. We cannot provide an exact delivery date. Once the carrier contacts you, you can schedule a delivery date for your order.

Goods are delivered to the specified address or as close as the carrier can reach, or, if applicable, to a pickup point. The carrier does not carry items inside. The delivery is signed for by the recipient or their representative according to the carrier’s instructions. Extra charges apply for hard-to-reach addresses, such as islands or narrow passages.

Do not schedule installers before receiving and inspecting the delivery, as we can only provide an estimated delivery time. We do not compensate for idle installers.

Upon delivery, check if the packaging is damaged. Any damage must be noted on the shipping note/waybill provided by the driver or pickup location. Note: Without documented damage, a complaint cannot be made. Document damages with photos, both with and without packaging, and email them to info@snek.se. Complaints not made within 10 days of delivery will not be accepted. Assembled doors cannot be claimed for defects.

Our products are delivered on wooden pallets that can be up to 3 meters long. Unfortunately, we do not take these back upon delivery.

Return policy

Our carcasses, doors, and countertops cannot be returned as they are custom-made for the customer. Other products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product’s protective packaging has not been opened.

Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or discrepancies with the order should be directed to Snêk’s claims department via email at info@snek.se.

The recipient may not return, sell, or repair damaged goods before receiving approval from Snêk.

Other

Snêk may change information, products, and prices without prior notice; however, this does not apply to already ordered goods. All factual and pricing information is provided with reservation for printing errors, supplier price increases, potential inaccuracies in technical specifications, and for items sold out.

Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order details provided to Snêk (e.g., quantity, measurements, colors, and other choices) are correct. If the customer discovers that the information provided is incorrect or wishes to change their order, they must contact Snêk immediately. Snêk will always try to accommodate the customer’s changes but cannot guarantee this.

The customer is responsible for their choices in the order, even if they have consulted Snêk.

Force Majeure

Snêk is not responsible for delayed products (including delivery and warranty actions) if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond Snêk’s reasonable control. Examples of such circumstances include—but are not limited to—strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier, transport or production disruptions, exchange rate changes, government actions, legislation, or natural disasters.

Pricing & payment

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. Prices do not include shipping or any payment fees.

Snêk reserves the right to make price changes and correct errors in pricing and may cancel the purchase and refund the customer for payments made before production has started.

For kitchen orders, payment is made via invoice: 50% in advance when placing the order and the remaining 50% within 10 days of delivery.

For orders placed through the webshop, full payment of 100% is required in advance.

Payment can be made using the methods indicated on Snêk’s website. Currently, this is via Plusgiro.*

Snêk general terms and conditions

These terms of purchase apply unless Swedish or other applicable law prescribes conditions that conflict with them. For private individuals, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply in cases not covered by these terms of purchase.
