LULEÅ Anton Norberg and Louise Nelson become this year’s mentors in Norrbotten.
Almi and Nyföretagarcentrum Nord have named this year’s mentors in Norrbotten. The honour went to Anton Norberg, co-owner and sales manager at the communications agency Yours, and Louise Nelson, owner of Louise Nelson Konsult.
Anton Norberg was named Mentor of the Year for a growing company, kitchen manufacturer Snêk AB in Törefors in the municipality of Kalix. The award is given by Almi, which runs a mentorship programme for growth companies on behalf of the Ministry of Enterprise.
The jury’s motivation states: “The winner of Mentor of the Year Growth 2021 has a network that has been invaluable for the mentee in terms of making new contacts. This has been needed both in the earlier stage of business development and now in the expansion phase.”
Anton Norberg recently joined as chairman of the board and co-owner of the company.
Louise Nelson utsågs till mentor för ett nystartat företag i Nyföretagarcentrums verksamhet, Ulrika Holma som driver enskild firma med två verksamheter. Dels Ulma Higher Mind som erbjuder personlig utveckling med healing, vägledning, kurser och sessioner, dels Ulrikas Hundsport som ger lektioner och kurser för hundförare.
The jury’s motivation states: “Louise Nelson is a person who with her joy and knowledge inspires and strengthens others. She is a person who has seen her mentee as an individual and succeeded in identifying exactly what the mentee has needed throughout the year.”
Priserna delades ut av landshövding Lotta Finstorp vid en ceremoni på residenset i Luleå under fredagen.
